Can I cancel my order? 

No, once an order is place there will be no cancellations.

 

When will my order arrive?
Once your order is through processing, it is estimated to take 1-4 business days for usa and 
7-21 business days for international orders with usps carrier.

How long is processing?

Processing is 3-5 business days. Processing time does not include the shipping time you paid for at checkout.

Customs & Fees

We are not responsible for paying customs or any other fee that may be needed. These charges are separate from shipping costs and depend on your country. 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged packages!

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages! 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address you provided during checkout and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at (1-800-275-8777).

Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. A insurance claim can be opened with USPS if you purchased Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping ONLY.

 

Returned Packages

Any packages that is returned to us will be partially refunded. What do we mean by partially refunded? Since the item was shipped out we cannot issue a full refund therefore you will not be receiving a refund on shipping cost.
